What are the inspection steps before starting the electro-hydraulic push rod?
1. Electro-hydraulic push rod manufacturer It is recommended that the electro-hydraulic push rod be placed on a firm foundation to support all components of the electro-hydraulic push rod, eliminate vibration, and tighten all foundation bolts;
2. Manually press the impeller at the end of the motor; otherwise, the connecting pin may loosen or fall off.
3. Check the rotation direction of the motor. The forward rotation of the motor controls the elasticity of the piston rod. If there is no elasticity in the forward direction, it will work in the opposite direction. Otherwise, there will be long-term overflow, which will damage the pump and motor.
4. During direct drive, the center of the load should be accurately aligned with the piston rod to prevent severe vibration and wear caused by uneven stress.
5. In the electro-hydraulic push rod device, the high point must face the vent hole to prevent oil leakage and lack of oil absorption.
